Intersections and the space between.

This piece symbolizes community as a network of connections between individuals. The piece also illustrates that community it created when individuals surrender their myopic view of self for the greater good of the whole, and in turn the whole, or community, supports the individual. I made this piece during my MFA at SJSU (2004-2007) with the help of my closest colleagues, and in appreciation of those individuals, who were vital to my growth as an artist.
